We will check each item carefully before shipping! But to make you a happy customer, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of the products regarding the requests. The items must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange. To return merchandise, please follow the steps below.

• 1. Item must back to our Australian address.
• 2. For an exchange, indicate on paper what you wish to exchange the returned items for. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your purchased item, and a copy of the shipping form.
• 3. We will only accept returns & exchanges that are sent to our address. We recommend using Registered Mail on your package.
• 4. Once your returned item is received, it will be processed within 5 business days. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of the return shipments. A credit will be issued except a AU$20 shipping and handle cost for each free shipping item.
• 5. If a package comes back to us marked as refused or unable to deliver, we will charge a 10% restocking fee. We will refund the cost of the product but not the shipping.
• 6. If you return an item for an exchange for any non-defective reason you must pay the shipping & handling fee again.
